What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a determined, resilient team player whose vision and principles align with our school’s ethos. You will share our commitment to education, to breaking down barriers for students, and to nurturing their character and knowledge so that they can succeed in life. Your relentless drive to help every student flourish will be at the heart of everything you do.
What the school offers its staff
In Mullion School, nestled in the beautiful Lizard Peninsula, Cornwall, we are passionate about inspiring and supporting our students to "Dream big, fly high, and go far." We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join our vibrant and caring team. As part of our supportive, friendly, and kind school community, you will make a significant contribution to the quality of teaching and learning within the faculty. You will be required to teach across the full age and ability range at KS3 and KS4.
Every one of our students is unique with their own blend of talents, perspectives, passions, and abilities. We take the time to listen to our students' aspirations and dreams. Whether they want to be a business leader, doctor, farmer, choreographer, or fisherman, we'll help them achieve their goals. At Mullion School children will receive the support they need to embrace their individuality, develop their strengths, overcome challenges, and go wherever their passions lead. Wherever Mullion School children want to go, whatever they want to achieve, we'll help them get there.
