An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Learning and Development Consultant to join the Organisation Development and Learning team on a temporary basis until January 2026, with the potential to extend. This post is within an established team and the contract is offered on a hybrid working pattern. As a Learning and Development (L&D) Consultant, you will provide high-quality L&D advice, guidance, and support across the Council, specifically supporting Adult and Children's Services and Public Health, but with the potential to support other projects across the team. As the trusted expert, you'll shape and deliver impactful learning interventions, build lasting relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to the Council's vision. Flexible work patterns will be considered for this role.
