Hours: 40 hours Monday-Friday, Full Time
Salary: £8.60 to £12 per hour – dependent on NMW/NLW guidelines/qualification

About you
You are looking for a career in childcare, having already gained some experience working with children or young people.
You’re enthusiastic, creative, open-minded and keen to learn whatever it takes to become an outstanding early years educator, working with children from 0-5 years.
What you'll be doing
As an unqualified Early Years Educator / Practitioner / Nursery Nurse or similar, you'll be supporting and encouraging the natural curiosity and excitement of young children, shaping the future of our younger generations.
You’ll be embracing your creativity to develop engaging and inspiring hands-on arts and crafts, storytelling, exercise, and educational games. You'll need to ensure you work within the EYFS standards while engaging your creative flair and enthusiasm for learning.
Minimum Requirements
* A desire to learn about the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage Framework)
* An understanding of (and commitment to) safeguarding
* Desire to build a career within early years
* Good communication skills
* Experience of having worked with children under the age of 5 is advantageous
* A reflection of the Storal values around responsibility, openness and working together
