Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Planning & MI Analyst to join our team in Kegworth, Derby, supporting our customer, Nestle. As a Planning and MI Analyst, you will develop and maintain databases that efficiently store and process source data while identifying and developing any operation or customer reporting needs that arise.
This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
1. Work in partnership with key stakeholders to identify and implement improvement processes within own team and or in wider operational support roles.
2. Develop and publish all operational reporting requirements and planning information in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Have strong relationships with internal and external customers to better understand the operational requirements and processes to be able to report relevant information.
4. Be responsible for the production, monitoring and control of data that may be used for publishing.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
1. Technical knowledge of WMS and WCS Systems.
2. Experience of managing KPI’s and relationships with internal and external customers.
3. Operations experience in a fast moving FMCG operation is desirable.
