SEND Teacher - January starts across all of West Yorkshire (Pay is dependant on experience & qualifications)

We require a SEND Teacher at a Good to outstanding setting. The role would be based in a multi site provision teaching students with varying levels and needs.
About the role:
Our SEND Teachers’ duties can include:
Planning and delivering adaptable lessons to a wide range of pupils and abilities.
Establishing a safe and stimulating learning environment.
Teach useful strategies that will aid the students in their out of school lives.
Marking effectively to enable progression with students.
Safeguarding of all students and staff.
Assessment.
1-to-1 Intervention.
Group intervention.
Whole schoolwork.
The ideal SEND Teacher will have:
QTS/ECT
Experience teaching a range of subjects both Primary and Vocational in the UK and be able to manage behaviour
SEND Teacher experience:
Build Strong relationships.
Be able to de-escalate behavioural needs safely and calmly.
Experience teaching in mainstream secondary, SEND, pupil referral units, SEMH schools, SEND specific units.
Plan deliver and mark a minimum of a good lesson.
Be able to commute easily.
Excellent behaviour management skills and adapt to the schools or AP's ethos.
(ADD, ADHD, ODD, CAMHS, Complex Needs, Beha...
