About The Role Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer grievances Staff supervision: Lead, train and support restaurant and butchery staff, managing daily operations, schedules, and breaks to maintain efficient service Inventory and Ordering: Assist with ordering supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and reducing waste Quality Control: Oversee food and beverage preparation, presentation, and quality to ensure customer satisfaction Health and Safety: Enforcing all health, safety and food hygiene practices, ensuring standards are consistently met Financial Oversight: Handle cash and card transactions, monitor daily sales and assist with end-of-day reporting Security: Opening/closing the premises, ensuring all security measures are in place. Customer Feedback: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally Event Support: Assist with planning and execution of special events and seasonal promotions within the restaurant, farm shop and butchery as needed Recruitment: Supporting the Operations Manager with training and induction of new staff Why work for us?
