Our Farm
We are a family run farm in south Leicestershire with a herd of 400 cows, who are milked twice a day through a 25/50 parlour, with automatic feeding, ID and shedding. We are a split block calving farm in the Spring and Autumn. We currently have an Arla & Tesco milk contract; we are always looking to improve and potentially take on more land in the future. The cows are grazed for as long as it is practical, and they are then fed a full TMR diet when housed. We have invested heavily in the farm’s facilities and equipment over the past few years, so this is a great chance for an individual to come into this role and make it their own.
