Accounts Administrator
JP Recruitment require an experienced accounts administrator to join our client’s site in Oldham. You will join a busy, vibrant team and you will hit the ground running.
This is a great opportunity for the right person.
We are seeking a team player that is competent with Excel & Outlook and works well and is collaborative within a small team.
Possible paid Accountancy Training (AAT) can be made available if required for the right candidate.
Salary dependant on experience:
* £12,000 – £14,000 per annum
* Discretionary Annual Bonuses.
Working Hours:
* Part Time 20 hours per week
* Flexible hours/days
Responsible for:
* Sales Ledger
Raising Sales invoices from In-house MIS
Posting entries Sage Accounts System – invoices and receipts
Issuing all invoices & statements
Credit Control – chasing payments and solving queries
Managing invoice finance facility
Debtor Reconciliation to RBS
Sales analysis reporting
Liaising with third-party funders – telephone and email
Ad Hoc Administration tasks across the wider businesses
* Purchase Ledger
Managing the Purchase Ledger in Sage
Checking & Posting PL invoices to Sage Accounts system
Organising PL payment runs
Recording and managing PL statements and balances
Bank payments and cash balancing
Managing the Hauliers invoices and delivery notes
Resolving queries – telephone and email
Ad Hoc administration & PL reporting
* Intercompany Transactions
Help and assistant the Finance Manager with intercompany payments and cash book queries.
Cash reconciliation
