Enjoy ideal summer hours—Tuesday through Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM—while leading an experienced and professional aquatics team at a bustling Ipswich YMCA pool with a water park.

On a typical day, you will:
1. Supervise and enforce safety regulations and pool rules for all patrons.
2. Monitor the pool area for safety hazards and respond to emergencies as needed.
3. Remain rescue-ready at all times and implement emergency procedures when necessary.
4. Assess swimmers' abilities to ensure they are using appropriate areas of the pool.
5. Train and mentor new staff through shadowing and ongoing professional development.
