Crest Nicholson are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team based at our Head Office in Addlestone on a Fixed Term Contract Basis. This role will be supporting the General Counsel and legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant looking for an expansive, challenging and rewarding role as part of a well-established and engaging team. About the role As an Executive Assistant you will provide administrative support covering a wide range of different tasks and challenges day to day. Working closely with the Head Office EA's to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team. In this administration and coordination role the EA will often deal with confidential and sensitive information. What skills and experience are required? We are looking for people to join our Company who can demonstrate preferably all of the below: Experience and skills: Executive/Personal Assistance Experience Working directly with high-level employees Excellent organisational skills and a proven ability to work well under pressure Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams Proficient in the use of .pdf generation tool such as Adobe or Nuance for pagination and hyperlinks for collating bundles for court and counsel Proactive approach to problem solving Experience of the Court filing system such as CE filing is useful (but not essential - this is a quick and easy process to understand) Attributes: Highly professional and confident manner Takes pride in representing the company brand and Executive Leadership Team Perceptive to emotions and body language Diplomatic Naturally reliable and punctual Proactive approach to solving issues Discreet and makes good judgements when and when not to share information Customer service focused What type of person will suit this role?
