Our Community Service Centre in Bardon is currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team and provide support to our Service Users.

Our Customer Service Advisors are pivotal to the success of the service we provide. From arranging deliveries and collections of equipment with service users to answering inbound calls from Service Users and Occupational Therapists, your role will be varied.
You will also liaise with the Community Equipment Technicians to ensure the service runs smoothly while being responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Service Users and resolving any issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
This role requires strong computer skills and previous experience in customer service roles.
Most importantly, you'll have the necessary care and compassion required to ensure our service runs smoothly, so our Service Users receive the best possible customer service.
