A pioneering RES-TECH start-up rapidly making its mark in agile product innovation and consumer research is currently seeking a diligent and ambitious Customer Success Manager (Research Manager equivalent) in London.
You will be working with their extensive portfolio of globally recognised consumer brands.
Over the span of 5 years, they have grown from a small team of passionate innovators to a diverse and dynamic workforce of 40-plus people scattered across several locations in Europe.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with the company's clients (large FMCG players), understanding their specific needs, and guiding them towards the achievement of successful iterative innovation.
Armed with robust problem-solving skills and commercial acumen, you will become a trusted adviser to the clients, aiding them in realising the full value of integrating the company's unique solutions into their business model.
The role involves the management of budgets for assigned client accounts, provision of unwavering support for these accounts, and contributing to their growth.
You will also enhance customer satisfaction, promote product adoption, and bolster customer retention.
Collaboration with Sales, Managed Services, and Product teams is essential.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in key account management and a background as an Insights / Research Manager with FMCG and Retail clients.
Exhibit a genuine passion for building client relationships and solving business challenges, with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement.

THE IDEAL PERSON WE'RE SEEKING:
You should be comfortable discussing Market Research and Consumer Insights from a business value standpoint. We need someone well-versed enough to discuss insights, understand the business queries they address, and provide guidance on navigating varied business requirements via the Res-Tech Platform and managed services within the client's innovation framework.
You possess a keen appetite for success, are proactive, and have a competitive spirit, making you ideally suited for a start-up setting.
Your expertise lies in account management (in a market research agency setting), with a strategic flair. This isn't simply about project management. We envision someone confident in their ability to interact with senior members of an organisation, ensuring their involvement and realising value across the board.
It would be beneficial if you have experience on the customer side dealing with insights/innovation (PRODUCT TESTING), ensuring a deep comprehension of business value.
Market research agency experience is essential.
