Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
About the Role
Taking on a leadership position at our cutting-edge Energy from Waste facility, you will oversee electrical maintenance activities for high-voltage and low-voltage systems. With a focus on shaping the facility's future during commissioning and mobilisation, your expertise will be invaluable in driving plant performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Scheduling and Optimisation: Coordinate electrical maintenance for systems like generators, motors, and switchgear to ensure maximum plant availability.
* CMMS Development: Develop and manage the site's Computerised Maintenance Management System to streamline maintenance processes.
* Contractor Supervision: Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with HSE policies, promoting a safe working environment.
* Plant Commissioning: Support plant commissioning and resolve performance shortfalls, ensuring the facility operates at optimal levels.
Your Background
* Qualifications: HNC or higher in electrical/electronic engineering (or equivalent experience).
* Leadership Experience: Proven leadership skills with HV switching, earthing, and isolation knowledge.
* Industry Expertise: Background in Power Generation, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemicals.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of Safe Systems of Work and relevant regulations.
