Main duties of the job
There are multiple demands in this exciting role due to the challenging nature of providing support for patients outside the hospital environment, The post holder will however find themselves well supported by a very friendly and enthusiastic team of staff.
The main 2 duties :
To act as a specialist independent practitioner in the systematic autonomous provision of Speech and Language Therapy services for adults with speech, language, communication and swallowing difficulties in a multi-disciplinary team.
To be responsible for the speech and language assessments, differential diagnosis, treatment and discharge of individuals within these well resourced networks.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
