The Role
We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and positive individual to lead our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes. This role offers the perfect blend of project delivery and community engagement, requiring both practical and people skills. You’ll work closely with our corporate volunteers to ensure they have a meaningful experience while helping to create lasting change in local communities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organise & Plan: Use your practical expertise to plan and deliver outdoor events that transform community spaces, making a real difference for local people.
2. Collaborate: Work alongside our corporate partners to execute high-quality projects at various community sites such as schools, nature reserves, care homes, and more.
3. Engage & Support: Build strong relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders, ensuring projects run smoothly and volunteers gain the most from their experience.
4. Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong organisational skills by coordinating, delivering, and evaluating projects with precision and care.
5. Community Impact: Contribute to the wider portfolio of community projects at Groundwork West Midlands, ensuring that each project meets the needs of the community.

A full driving licence is essential and access to own vehicle for the role which entails travel to various sites around the region.
