The City Community Adult Mental Health Teams are looking to employ an enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 Senior Mental Health Nurse.

Job responsibilities
The successful candidates will hold a current Professional qualification as a Registered Nurse with an appetite for creative thinking in the face of challenges, a mind prepared for early adoption of change and innovation. The City Adult Community Team has been identified as the Early Adopter site for the newly commissioned Personality Disorder pathway, which in itself is bringing exciting opportunities for training and working collectively and therapeutically.
Person Specification
Qualification
* Nursing degree or equivalent, Dip OT, Clinical Psychology or equivalent
* Ongoing professional development working towards degree level
Experience
* Able to demonstrate an appropriate level of knowledge of mental health practice from previous experience
* Demonstrate effective risk assessment and risk management experience
Skills
* Able to time manage and reflect on clinical practice
