Job Description Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years in a leadership role. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
* Develop test strategies and plans for the project. Define test objectives, scope and deliverables. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure testing requirements are met. Manage the test team and ensure efficient execution of test cases. Firm understanding of all the project level integrations and ensuring the UAT environment includes all required systems, components, and test data.
* Ensure all prerequisites for UAT execution are met, and execution proceeds in accordance with the UAT schedule. Short weekly (Friday) email updates to Project Manager on progress to plan. Insurance Industry experience. ADO experience.
* Lead and mentor a team of functional and automation testers to deliver quality results. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
* Provide performance feedback and career development opportunities for team members. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Engagement. Work closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to align quality goals with project objectives.
