You will be supported by an experienced leadership team from across the professions who facilitate forums for Nursing and Occupational Therapists and hold your development as central. We offer regular supervision and you will be encouraged and supported to undertake any training relevant to your professional development. If the successful candidate is a newly qualified Band 5, we will offer additional support, such as Preceptorship, training and supervision to support you to develop within the role, with the view that we support you to transition to Band 6 within our team. The role will require travel so it is essential that the candidate has a valid UK driving licence and access to a car. In terms of hours we would prefer 37.5 hours per week, the role will require some weekends working (one weekend in six) and we have the opportunity for staff to work late and early shifts across the week. We welcome flexible working so please call us to discuss how we may be able to accommodate other working patterns. You will not be required to work night shifts.
