Location: Milton Keynes - Hybrid 1 day in office per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: 60K-65K

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Head of People and Senior Management to develop and implement the HR strategy across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, wellbeing initiatives, recruitment, and performance management.
* Drive HR projects, including salary benchmarking, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives.
* Act as a change agent, supporting business transformation in line with company objectives.
* Proactively analyse HR data and trends to support strategic decision-making and improve HR systems.
* Support training initiatives and coach managers on HR best practices, including performance management and legal matters.
Ideal Candidate
* Proven track record in HR as an experienced Consultant or People Partner.
* CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent.
* Strong experience in HR strategy, with a focus on employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to lead HR projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
