* Responsible for providing professional administrative and business support to multiple Directors across WSP.
* Supporting Directors working on complex and at times, sensitive projects.
* Ability to coordinate clients and multiple Directors.
* Diary management across multiple time zones.
* International and domestic travel booking.
* Project management.
* Meeting and event co-ordination.
* Internal communications.

YOUR TEAM
* With clearly defined career pathways and exciting opportunities to develop, the team is made up of Business Support Partners (BSPs), Personal Assistants (PAs), and Business Support.
* You will be expected to work from the office 3 days per week, with the opportunity to work from home for 2 days a week.
* Previous experience as a personal assistant is required.
* This role is subject to UK Security Vetting and successful applicants must satisfy the criteria for Security Clearance.
* Have strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
* Fully conversant to an advanced level in Microsoft 365, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

* Have excellent prioritisation skills.
* Have experience in a similar role.
* Be very comfortable using your own initiative.
* Have the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with other colleagues.
