YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled MS Dynamics CRM Developer to join our esteemed banking institution. As a pioneer in the industry, we understand the importance of leveraging advanced technology to enhance our customer relationship management capabilities. The MS Dynamics CRM Developer will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of customized CRM solutions that align with our strategic objectives. YOUR PROFILE:
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within MS Dynamics CRM to meet business needs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
* Maintain and enhance existing CRM solutions by analyzing user feedback and implementing necessary updates.
* Integrate MS Dynamics CRM with other banking systems and third-party applications to enhance functionality.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM users, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
* Conduct system testing and ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
* Document all development processes, system configurations, and user guides thoroughly.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Experience in MS Dynamics CRM development and implementation.
* Strong knowledge of the banking industry and its operational processes.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and HTML for CRM customization.
* Experience with CRM integration techniques and managing data migration processes.
* Familiarity with CRM reporting and analytics tools to drive insights from customer data.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
