Responsibilities:
* Understand customer needs and requirements and advise on products.
* Responds to requests for quotes, applications assistance, and resolving customer issues.
* Provide technical support to sales channels and distribution partners.
* Provides support for sales managers.
Requirements:
* Experience of direct or indirect sales including agent representations
* Base knowledge of CRM administration or data maintenance
* Proficient in full Microsoft Office suites, especially Excel
* Strong customer and team-oriented approach
