You will assist and support a top-tier front-of-house service, which includes organising a well-structured schedule, plans and increasing number of bookings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate data in the Customer Relationship Management System. Your aim will be to increase the number of delegates, maintain their loyalty, and contribute to the overall success of centralised customer and employer relationship management.
About you
You will hold a Level 3 Business Qualification or demonstrated equivalent experience. You will maintain a positive and can-do attitude towards all courses and tasks, have good organisational and prioritisation skills. You will also have proven experience in training enrolment, customer service, or client-facing roles, preferably in the Education sector.
