Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour
Shifts: Days 8am to 8.30pm. Nights 8.30pm to 8.00am. 37.5 hours per week. Must be flexible.
Requirements: MUST HAVE FULL UK MANUAL DRIVING LICENCE AND ACCESS TO OWN VEHICLE. REMOTE LOCATION.

Qualifications and Skills:
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a caring nature

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures
* The ability to anticipate and respond to challenges
* Competent in verbal and written English
* A healthcare qualification is desirable, but not essential

Additional Information:
Blair House is located in Billinghay. Our home offers residential and nursing support for 27 people with a primary learning disability diagnosis. We are in a semi-rural location, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Our team is dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of the people we support, helping them to achieve positive outcomes.
