They are looking for self-motivated telephone sales professionals to start by working with the sales director. As you learn the business, you will grow and develop with the company. The Role:
They are looking for hard-working Business Development Executives to help them achieve their ambitious growth patterns. Initially, the role is to make appointments for the sales director. As time goes by, the expectation is to increase the size of the telephone team, and over time, your role will change into account management or even leadership. The company values their people, and there is virtually no staff turnover.
Their large offices are based on the border of Ringwood/Wimborne, and initially, you will be in the office Monday to Friday on a standard working pattern. The interesting thing is that they treat people as individuals, and so they are flexible in their approach, which could change over time.
