Were on the hunt for an experienced Marketing Lead (Planning and Operations), to join our high performing Partner Marketing team, on a maternity cover contract. You will be a great fit for this role if you have the following skills and experience:
* A Seasoned Marketing planning expert: A marketing operations expert, you have extensive experience in creating and managing detailed marketing operational plans, budgets and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
* A proven expert in cross functional project management: Leading on the delivery of complex and sometimes technical initiatives and/or operations ensuring alignment and impact. You will be an experienced user of project management software.
* A capable people leader: A proven track record of leading and inspiring cross functional, high performing teams and coaching and nurturing direct reports to deliver results.
* An Exceptional Relationship Builder: You foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, influence senior level decision-making, and build consensus around marketing initiatives.
* Data-Driven Decision Maker: You leverage data analytics to inform strategic decisions, measure performance, and optimise marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
* Process Optimisation Expert: You have proven experience in driving marketing operations and cost efficiencies, identifying and implementing process improvements, streamlining workflows and maximising team productivity.
* Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, fostering teamwork and contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
This is a hybrid role, working from one of our London hubs 2 days per week. The maternity contract will commence in March and will last up to 12 months.

As Marketing Lead, you will lead a team of Marketing experts and youll report into the Head of Partner Marketing. Youll work closely with the Partner leadership and engagement teams as well as our central Brand and design teams to ensure delivery of our ambitious Partner Marketing strategies.

This role is instrumental in driving operational efficiencies, increasing agility and expanding our strategic delivery capabilities to improve the effectiveness of our marketing comms, and the experience of our partners through marketing channels and the Partner Portal, supporting the evolution of partner marketing from service delivery to a partner-centric growth team.
You will lead the development of a robust, annual, and quarterly partner marketing planning process to understand and scope business requirements in support of our growth targets, and manage the capacity of a busy marketing team, ensuring all campaigns are delivered excellently every time.
You will embed a culture of operational excellence, and future-proofed processes and systems which enable us to be a best-in-class marketing team focused on our collective success, driving continuous process improvement to optimise efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and maximise team productivity.
What youll do:
* Support the Head of Partner Marketing in shaping and delivering the Partner Marketing Strategy.
* Lead the Partner Marketing planning process.
* Work with the Head of Partner Marketing to build a partner-centric, consolidated and impactful Partner Marketing plan that delivers the most relevant and impactful messages to our partners in the right channels at the right time.
* Prioritise business requests and act as the air traffic controller for incoming requests, effectively evaluating, triaging and distributing them across the team by weighing up customer, business, and team priorities to make informed decisions.
* Resource Planning and Optimisation. Manage team capacity and ensure the right level of resource is allocated for each campaign/project according to business priorities and the marketing plan.
* Identify, analyse, and implement process improvements to optimise efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and maximise team productivity.
* Lead and empower a high-performing team who can be counted on to deliver, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence. Develop your teams skills and ensure theyre well-respected partners within the organisation.
