What the Job Involves The Administrator plays a key role in supporting Environment and Housing Services by providing comprehensive business support and customer service. You will handle registrations, compile applications, and manage fee collections and invoices. The role involves collating data and preparing reports to improve service delivery and efficiency within the Directorate, utilizing systems like Tranman, Trackyou, and Microsoft Office tools. You will support management with report preparation, ensure compliance with the Council’s regulations, and undertake driver license checks. Providing crucial project support and training to colleagues is also part of your duties. Your responsibilities include maintaining effective communication with internal and external customers and having an active role in championing service areas like the Pool Car Scheme.
