Our client seeks a Personal Lines Broker to join their team.
Role Profile: To effectively and efficiently provide professional customer service and advice to clients at all times, both face-to-face and via telephone/email.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide quotations and make policy adjustments on a daily basis.
2. Process all relevant documentation received in an efficient manner maintaining the highest level of client administration.
3. Develop working relationships with clients to promote customer satisfaction.
4. Work towards achieving departmental targets.
5. Promote the Brand and cross-sell additional applications and services to clients.
6. Ensure that all activities comply with regulatory and market standards and adopt relevant Company Policies and Procedures to maintain suitable records and meet audit standards.
7. Demonstrate confident and effective communication skills, including excellent telephone skills and the ability to construct good written communication (letters & emails).
8. Exhibit close attention to detail and accuracy with excellent customer service skills.
9. Work under pressure at times, without supervision.
10. Maintain an attitude of learning - study towards the Certificate in Insurance and further studies as relevant via the Chartered Insurance Institute.
11. Be a team player, demonstrating an ability to work jointly and supportively with colleagues.
12. Be proficient in Microsoft packages including Teams, Word, and Outlook.
