Our client is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy and expanding firm.
About you:
* At least one year of residential conveyancing experience is required
* Experience in diary management and customer service
* Confident communicator with good telephone manner
* An enthusiastic individual with the aptitude to manage all matters proactively and in a client-friendly way
* Good IT skills and excellent organizational skills
* Ability to progress matters effectively, meeting all set deadlines
The Role:
* Prepare correspondence and documents using audio typing, word processing, or digital dictation methods
* Administer filing systems, including daily filing and the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files in accordance with office procedures
* Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch
* Make appointments, arrange meetings, and maintain an up-to-date diary for the partner
* Attend to clients both in person and on the telephone, providing communication in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with client care standards
* Undertake any specific training required and take responsibility for self-development
* Ensure the confidentiality of all practice and client documentation and information
