Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the global aerospace and defence industries, is recruiting for a Recruitment Partner to join our Internal Recruitment team. In this role, you'll support us in our mission to attract the best talent and help shape the future of Ontic. This position will be based at either our Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham, or Staverton, Gloucester site, with regular travel between them required.

The Role:
As a Recruitment Partner, you'll work closely with hiring managers to support our talent acquisition efforts, sourcing, attracting, and hiring the very best for Ontic. Your goal is to build a diverse and inclusive workforce that propels us forward.
You will develop and implement innovative strategies to source high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, promoting Ontic as an employer of choice. You will create and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. By partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle, you will provide strategic guidance on best recruitment practices and market trends, supporting with application screening, interviews, and offer management.

To be successful in this role, you will need previous demonstrable experience in an in-house recruitment role with a successful track record of filling positions across both Engineering and Commercial functions. You should be comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities simultaneously. Well-developed communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, and previous experience with Workday would be an advantage.
