Overview: Revo Utilities are looking for a Business Support Apprentice to join their HQ in Castlemilk to support with all business enquiries such collaboratively working with external and internal stakeholders, general account management responsibilities, whilst becoming an expert on software applications. You will be utilising Outlook 365 packages daily such as Teams to collaborate with different areas of the business. Responsibilities: Acting as first response for queries and requests from our supply channels, delivering timely and accurate responses. Become an expert in ACT (CRM System) to upload and amend key information. Work collaboratively with Business Development Managers (BDMs) in the field, assisting with various account management duties. Process payments and contracts with precision and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance. First point of contact for client inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts using Microsoft Excel. Demonstrate reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments, adapting to the dynamic needs of the business. Explore growth opportunities within the company to enhance your professional development. Person specification: Willingness to learn Proficiency using Microsoft Packages such as Excel Excellent communication skills Ability to work as part of a team and individually Ideally you will be a driver, however this is not required.
