* Provide assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care for patients, ensuring accurate written records are kept.

Dialysis is a specialised but very rewarding form of nursing so if you are keen tolearn new skills and enjoy working in a team then this could be the job for you.You would be based atYork but may occasionally be asked to cover shifts atEasingwold or Harrogate.
