The Role As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a high-performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth. Reporting directly to the founder, you will lead all marketing initiatives, oversee campaigns, and build a world-class marketing function. Key Responsibilities Develop and Execute Strategy : Create and lead a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve customer acquisition targets and increase annual revenue. Identify and capitalize on untapped markets, including scaling into the English market. Performance Marketing : Oversee paid media campaigns across Facebook, Google, Snapchat, X and other platforms, ensuring optimal ROI. Continuously analyze and optimize performance metrics to maximize reach and conversion. Brand Building : Develop creative campaigns to make Tommy French Competitions the go-to competition platform in the UK. Ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice across all channels. Organic Growth : Implement strategies to grow organic reach, including influencer partnerships, viral campaigns, and innovative social media content. Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing marketing team. Collaborate with software developers, admin staff, and external partners to align marketing efforts. Data-Driven Decisions : Use analytics tools to measure campaign success and inform future strategies. Test new ideas and scale what works effectively. Customer Insights : Understand customer behaviour, trends, and preferences to inform marketing efforts and improve the overall customer experience. What We're Looking For Proven experience in a leadership role within marketing, preferably in e-commerce, gambling, or a similar industry. Expertise in paid media, organic growth strategies, and analytics. Track record of scaling businesses and driving significant revenue growth. Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities. Strong leadership skills and experience building teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
