* Representing the company at industry events and conferences
* Promoting the business through relevant media and digital channels (e.g., LinkedIn)
* Tracking market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Comfortable working independently, as well as within multi-disciplinary teams
* Proactive mindset with a results-driven approach to business growth
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
Desirable:
* Background in environmental science, civil engineering, or geotechnical disciplines
* Previous experience in a technical or contracting role within the environmental sector
* Familiarity with digital marketing or professional social media engagement

* Significant scope for career progression
* A collaborative, supportive team environment with a focus on innovation
* The chance to make a tangible impact in a purpose-driven sector
