The post holder will be responsible for fostering a positive environment that promotes the emotional and physical well-being of all service users, ensuring that their needs are at the forefront of service provision. You will be responsible and accountable for leading the organisation in the implementation, and ongoing monitoring of the National Minimum Standards for Childrens Homes and Care Quality Commission standards.
