We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SLCN Teacher to join a mainstream primary school in Nuneaton, working within the school’s resource base. This full-time position will start as soon as the right candidate is found. About the Role As the Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN) Teacher, you will: Provide targeted support to students with speech, language, and communication needs, ensuring their educational and social development. Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the unique needs of each child. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to create and implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Promote an inclusive, supportive, and nurturing learning environment for all students. Requirements We are looking for someone who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Has experience teaching EYFS/KS1 students, with a strong understanding of early years and KS1 frameworks. Has specific experience supporting children with Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN) in an educational setting.
