Shift Organisation: Plan and oversee daily care schedules, ensuring seamless care delivery across shifts. Medication Administration: Safely administer and record medication, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date computerised care plans and documentation. Staff Support: Assist with the induction, training, and supervision of support staff, fostering a positive team environment.
