Compliance Coordinator Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 per annum (dependent upon experience) Contract: Maternity Cover 9-12 months Location : Hybrid working, (Office base is in Nursling, Southampton) Hours: 37.5 per week About the role PBS4 U.K. Limited is looking for a Compliance Coordinator for a period of maternity cover. We are hoping to recruit as soon as possible to allow a period of handover with our Compliance & Projects Lead, who has a number of years experience with PBS4, as well as experience obtained in previous social care organisations. The role of the Compliance Coordinator is designed to support our recruitment team in ensuring we operate safe recruitment in line with the home office and CQC’s requirements. It is also an essential role in maintaining internal compliance of existing employees. You will be responsible for, but not limited to; ID & Eligibility checks including online ECS checks. DBS checks and verifications. Uploading interview notes. Obtaining new starters medical declarations. Chasing employment references and education references (where necessary). Completing drivers checks online and monitoring business insurance and expiry dates. Obtaining risk assessments from managers, whether needed for positive DBS notifications, References/incomplete references or Medical requirements. Managing 20 hour restricted visas through our certifications function on the HR Portal. Onboarding of new team members, including system set ups. Management of the sponsorship management system, ensuring any changes to contracts or to PBS4 U.K Limited are reported accurately and in a timely manner. Supporting Managers with ID verification in the office. Ad-hoc recruitment administration as required. This role requires someone with existing experience in recruitment compliance, with industry experience being desirable, although not necessarily essential. You will need to be methodical, confidential, patient and have a high attention to detail. The role will report to our Business Development Partner, who has over 20 years recruitment experience and sits on our senior leadership team. Why work for us?
