This is a full-time hybrid role for a Plant Engineer, covering on-site breakdowns and warranty repairs as well as workshop-based jobs. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting scheduled maintenance, diagnosing/repairing faults/breakdowns, and carrying out pre-delivery inspections of both new and used equipment. The candidate should be able to identify and mitigate equipment breakdowns while ensuring all work tasks are in compliance with safety standards. The role is located in Stockton-on-Tees; a service vehicle will be provided, covering the north east and Yorkshire.
Manufacturer support and training will be supplied to the correct candidate.
Qualifications
* Plant Engineering and Plant Maintenance experience
* Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and solve problems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Full UK driving license
