As an Service Coordinator you will be responsible for :
3. Responsible for delivery of start-to-end service process of UK customer base.
4. Work to SLA and provide excellent customer service
5. Receiving and managing inbound calls and emails
6. Working closely with the production and sales team updating the customers on any delay in deliveries etc
7. Managing customer accounts and being first point of contact for any queries, orders or complaints.
To be successful in this role of Sales Administrator you will ideally have:
8. Experience within a customer service/ service or sales administration role
9. Experience using an ERP system
10. Excellent communication skills written and verbal
