Due to rapid growth, we are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a friendly and supportive team based in Bodmin to complement the Accounts Team.
If you have an AAT Qualification or an interest in studying it and have demonstrable knowledge working in Accounts, we would like to hear from you!
Reporting to the Financial Director, you will be responsible for:
1. Purchase and Sales Ledger functions
2. Bank Reconciliations
3. Dealing with company expense claims
4. Updating the accounts system with financial transactions
5. Payroll entry
6. Preparation of monthly financial reports
7. Providing ad-hoc accounts and admin support as required
We are seeking someone who is able to work independently as well as being a great team player with excellent communication skills.
Xero and Sage accounting package skills preferred.
This role is being offered on a permanent full-time basis with a salary of £26,000 to £30,000 per annum for 37.5 hours a week.
