Job Summary: This new and exciting role will primarily be to support the Own Stores Divisional Manager in the day-to-day admin duties across the division. You will support with eTime analysis (staff hours/rotas), H&S compliance, sales reports, D365 analysis and problem solving, MPOS queries, price trackers and escalated customer liaison.Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area: •Ensure accuracy of own store clocking in system collating any findings to report back to Divisional manager as and when required.•Be lead training on D365 for new starters so that they are proficient in raising transfers, stock orders and sales orders.•Manage the promotional and pricing calendar for both brand and outlet stores, ensuring it is accurate at all times.•Collation weekly sales and data reports using BI tools.•Generate stock orders for stores to sell through excess stock•Ensure all H&S documentation is updated annually•Ensure T’s & C’s for the division are accurate and up to date with any changes, or amendments that maybe required.•Ensure the store’s operating policy is accurate and up to date with any changes or amendments that maybe required.•Assist with any customer issues that may arise, seeking necessary guidelines and approvals from key stakeholders.•Carry out additional admin duties as and when necessary, by the Divisional Manager•Monitor and manage quarterly POS audits for all stores Knowledge/ Skills/ Experience/Profile: •Great understanding of Microsoft packages, along with wider business operating systems and open to learning new systems when required.•Able to build reports, transfer and interpret data, with a high attention to detail for accuracy.•An understanding of store operational processes would be an advantage, but not essential.•Maintain accurate data across the division ensuring confidentiality and accessibility when needed.•Be highly organized and being able to prioritize their time effectively in completing administration tasks as and when required•There will be times where the colleague will be exposed to confidential data, so the highest point of honesty and integrity will need to be always followed.•Needs to be a great team player, with a high flexible approach to their day and able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines General •The role will be based at Tempur UK Ltd Hayes•The role will be within the current 40 hours per week Company Benefits Free Monthly staff lunches Fresh fruit available daily Private Medical Insurance Company Pension Salary Sacrifice Scheme Annual leave 25 days plus Bank Holidays Company Away Days and Christmas Party
