Linksap is a young, energetic company specialising in recruiting within the international SAP / IT ecosystem. Since our inception in 2015, we have grown to a team of 40 people, and have made 3,000+ placements with 300+ different clients (contract and permanent).
We are firmly established as a leading player in the SAP space and have grown rapidly especially in the past 3 years - trebling our revenue to reach £40m in 2024 before being a part of an exciting acquisition, with Oxford Global Resources.
Our 4,000 sq ft main HQ / office base is in Hemel Hempstead, which includes on-site parking, a dedicated break-out area (including a pool table) with an on-site gym and restaurant facilities.
Our team has over 150 years' combined experience within the niche and highly lucrative SAP market.

The Role...
Generating new business leads, introducing the Linksap brand with clarity and purpose, then building and maintaining positive relationships with your client base.
Gaining the trust of new clients to share their SAP requirements and making placements (along with repeat business), networking effectively to sell our services to different contact points within target companies.
Qualifying requirements effectively and servicing them well alongside our qualified resource team, predominantly via our innovative CRM system, qualified SAP candidate database, networking via referrals and various online job boards, advertising and LinkedIn.
Successfully negotiating commercial terms with clients and consultants, aided by Business Support and Directors.
Meeting clients and candidates face-to-face if required.
You...
Ideally we need qualified recruitment experience, preferably within IT / SAP, and a strong billing background in contract or permanent sales.
We will also consider strong candidates who have previous B2B sales experience, or with telesales, IT sales, estate agency or car sales background.
Attitude however is the key requirement here; if you have the will, then you will learn the skills faster than somebody with experience but who is lazy and lacks drive!
The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal communication and writing skills - much of our business is in Europe so you will be communicating with people from many different countries/cultures.
English language is fine, but if you have any additional European language skill(s) that would be a bonus.
Reasonable PC experience/knowledge is required (MS Outlook, Word, Excel) etc.
