Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Location: London (Soho), Full-time Office Based
Salary: £50,000 + per annum
Our client is seeking a highly organised, adaptable and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support their fast-paced leadership team in a dynamic investment advisory firm. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and strong organizational skills to ensure smooth operations, enhance productivity, and contribute to the firm’s continued growth and success. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment, anticipating the needs of the team and ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring an efficient and productive work environment. Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships. Implement and manage office policies, ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and compliant workplace.
2. Executive Support: Provide high-level EA support to the Co-Founders, including scheduling and managing complex calendars, arranging meetings and organising travel itineraries, and preparing, editing, and proofreading presentations, reports, and other communications. Act as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication flow.
3. Team Collaboration & Support: Foster a positive and collaborative office culture by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff. Plan and coordinate team-building activities, company events, and office celebrations. Help coordinate onboarding for new employees and provide administrative support as needed. Assist with document and record management, ensuring all files are stored and maintained appropriately.
Requirements
Experience:
* A minimum of 5 years senior-level EA/Office Management experience, preferably in a fast-paced real estate, financial, or investment advisory environment.
