Camino Partners are excited to announce that we’re looking to fill the role of Office Operations Coordinator / Marketing Assistant for one of our valued clients. In this position, you’ll work closely with the CEO and Sales Manager to ensure smooth office operations, oversee key functions, and drive growth. They’re seeking a proactive and adaptable individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and bring positive energy to the team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining office standards, supporting marketing efforts, and improving processes.
Key Responsibilities
* CRM Management: Analyse and optimise our CRM database, ensuring data integrity and improving workflow efficiency. Proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
* Client Communications: Lead the creation, development, and distribution of client-facing materials, to engage clients and enhance our brand’s visibility.
* Office Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including organising client activities, maintaining an efficient workspace through KPI analysis and documentation organisation.
* Search Support: Provide ad hoc support for senior searches, through the use of LinkedIn and internal search database.
* Execute daily marketing activities, including social media management, content creation. Develop and distribute client-facing materials to engage clients and enhance brand visibility.
* Onboarding & Training: Oversee the onboarding process for new recruitment consultants, ensuring they are well-prepared and equipped to succeed in their roles. Develop and implement effective training programs.
* Proactive Contribution: Demonstrate initiative by identifying areas for improvement within the office and taking the lead on implementing enhancements. Ensure a productive and positive work environment for all team members.
Required Skills & Competencies
* Understanding of recruitment.
* Experience with Canva and Adobe preferred.
* Exposure to CRM systems.
* Reporting and KPI management.

* Excellent written English skills for crafting professional content.
