You will enjoy hybrid working (3 days office), leading a payroll team, and managing your own portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the team in delivering exceptional service to a range of clients.
2. Monitor the team and spearhead any service improvements.
3. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to implement new streamlining strategies.
4. Drive new business improvements.
Requirements:
1. Experience in a client or bureau setting.
2. Team management experience.
3. Ability to handle multiple complex payrolls.
4. Keen eye for improvements and experience with improvement projects.
