Strategic Communications agency requires a Client Manager who has some Annual Reporting experience, ideally from a Corporate Communications agency to join their well established Client Services team. They have had some exciting clients wins and are growing on both the Branding and Annual Reporting side of things.
Reporting into one of the Client Services Directors, the successful hybrid candidate will have strong Project Management and exceptional Client Services experience, taking ownership on projects and clients within the Annual Reporting and Branding areas. Someone who enjoys up-skilling peers, training presentations, working collaboratively and tweaking processes to create efficiency, is key for this position. Establishing core project management templates, tools and processes for S&I projects, incl. procedures, costing estimates, schedules, and resourcing plans will all be part of your role. Ideally you will have solid Print experience, but also some digital experience
