The following are the core responsibilities of the Registrations and Deductions Administrator. There may be on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks; this will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels; a) Processing all new patient registrations b) Processing, where applicable, temporary patient registrations c) Inputting information from new patient questionnaires into patient records d) Start to finish management of GP medical report processing e) Updating private fees spreadsheet f) Updating deductions spreadsheet g) Processing deductions for patients leaving the practice as per protocol h) Effectively managing own time, workload and resources
