Tasks & accountabilities To meet the growing demand for Airbus Americas Transformation and Strategy with the current Ramp up of the industrial system in region, the one roof programme, and sustainability coordination, the strategy team is seeking a dynamic, organized, and creative coordinator to: · Communicate about the transformation: expectations, benefits and goals · Assist with planning and coordination of transformation programs and their activities · Work to keep programs on schedule · Manage the actuals of the Top Company Objectives for the region · Support transformation change and development as necessary Primary Responsibilities: Change Management: Create effective communication campaigns to inform the target audiences (executives, managers, and employees) about the transformation's expectations, advantages, and objectives: Coordinate transformative effort planning and organization to maintain initiatives on schedule. Performance Management: Manage the contributions from the various functions in the regular reporting (monthly and quarterly update) of the top company objectives for the region.
