L&D & HR Advisor | South Kent (Hybrid) | Up to £45K About the Role: Reporting to the HR Manager. Are you passionate about empowering individuals through learning and development while also contributing to effective HR operations? This unique and exciting opportunity combines two impactful roles - L&D Facilitator and HR Advisor - allowing you to drive employee development and enhance HR operations in an international, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: L&D: Lead and deliver a diverse range of learning programs, including blended learning induction for new hires. Facilitate engaging training sessions both in-person and online, adapting delivery based on business needs. Coach individuals to enhance performance and facilitate behavioural change in a positive learning environment. Ensure training materials are up to date and aligned with company policies, industry regulations, and organizational goals. Gather feedback from participants, continuously improving training content to ensure it resonates and sticks. HR Advisor: Provide day-to-day HR support, guiding employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage employee relations by advising on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Support the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers and overseeing onboarding initiatives. Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies are followed across the organization. Help streamline HR processes, drive process improvements, and contribute to data-driven decision-making. Assist in delivering HR-related training, including compliance, performance management, and conflict resolution programs. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in L&D and training delivery, with strong facilitation skills and a passion for helping others learn and grow. Strong understanding of HR operations and policies, with experience in employee relations, performance management, and recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with diverse audiences and build relationships. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, balancing both HR and L&D responsibilities. Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and a data-driven approach to HR operations. Why This Role?
